Documents to be provided for the tenant file
In order to compile your rental file, here are the documents to provide:
Photocopy of the tenant's identity card
For an employee: last 3 payslips and the employment contract
For a student: the student card and the school certificate
The last 3 rent receipts for the previous accommodation
The last tax notice
